Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy is consistently recognised across the industry for its innovative approach. But the firm had yet to integrate its range of non-traditional services into a coherent package understood by both its fee-earners and clients.
We began by asking questions. From stakeholder interviews to peer reviews and workshops, we got under the skin of Allen & Overy’s offer. Our research evolved into a compelling narrative on their services: what they are, how they work, why they matter.
Using proof-points developed from research and workshops, we developed a communications framework and messaging for Allen & Overy’s alternative legal services. Advanced Delivery is now being embedded throughout the firm and formed the basis of a webpage that explains the breadth of services to clients. The work was recently presented at PMSG’s Annual Conference as an example of originality in a crowded marketplace.
