BAE Systems works on the most sophisticated and challenging defence projects in the world, from fighter jets to the biggest aircraft carrier in Royal Navy history. This diversity means it communicates with a wide range of stakeholders, and is no stranger to media attention.
Since 2010, we have helped BAE Systems’ people communicate better when it matters most: from staff making their first public speeches, to senior managers communicating progress and achievement (such as the naming ceremony for HMS Queen Elizabeth) to leaders talking investors through results.
To date, we have delivered more than forty training sessions and corporate off-sites
in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, helping participants understand their individual roles within the context of BAE’s wider business strategy, so they are able to communicate with one voice.
